Commercial Training & Development Apprentice
We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program . This is a 1 to 3 years of apprenticeship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

You Will Be Involved In The Following Activities With Your Tutor’s Support And Being In Touch With European R&D; And Corporate Marketing Department
- Develop engaging presentations and visual materials to support training initiatives across Europe
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment with training objectives
- Assist in the design and structuring of training sessions, adapting materials for diverse audiences
- Maintain and update training documentation and resources to reflect current practices and
