PEOPLE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (H/F)
Permanent contract – Milan (Cinisello Balsamo)
Hybrid working – up to 3 days/week remote

As part of our People & Culture team in Italy , we are looking for a People Experience Specialist to support our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager,



you will take on a broad and hands-on HR role combining HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, Health & Safety and employee experience.
Your responsibilities
As a key point of contact for our employees, you will:
- Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities , from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, amendments, benefits and employee records,
- Coordinate the monthly payroll process with our external payroll provider and Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data,
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions, benefits, leave and HR processes,
- Contribute to local and global People & Culture projects , including employee engagement, training, digitalization, DEIB and change initiatives.
- Manage recruitment processes for interns and selected positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews and preboarding, in collaboration with managers and Talen
