DATA4 is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Lombardy to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across data center deployments. You will be the primary client contact, representing DATA4 during the Run phase after contract delivery and scope deployment.
As part of the Sales Division, you will manage onboarding, relationships, and service continuity, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and governance requirements.
