Position Summary
The Production Unit Manager is responsible for leading all production and technical activities within the Finishing Unit, including Finishing Operations, Supercubing and Heat Treatment Processes.
The role is accountable for achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives through the effective management of production teams, shift supervisors and process engineering resources.
The position provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary organization, ensuring operational excellence, process stability, workforce development and continuous improvement in line with business objectives and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all Production Unit activities, including Finishing, Supercubing and Heat Treatment operations, ensuring achievement of production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Manage and develop a team of Production Supervisors, Team Leaders and Process Engine
