You will report to the General Manager Southern Europe, functional line to EMEA Operations.



MISSIONWork with Southern Europe store management and their team supporting their operations day-to-day activities;Ensure the brand policies and procedures are implemented and respected;Monitor the customer service offer to deliver excellent experience and to ensure consistency across all stores;Manage and control the regional stock shrinkage by location, take corrective measures as necessary;Plan, execute, and follow up on omni-channel features rollouts in the region;Prepare and follow-up with monthly/annual inventories in order to ensure a smooth product turn-over and allocation of space;Manage mantainence suppliers and their contractsLead all the operations activities for new projects such as new openings, relocations, seasonal opening/closureWorks with H&S; to implement and improve H&S; regulations within the StoresPROFILE Significant experience of minimum 5 years in retail operations in a fast-paced environment with luxury retail background;Significant experience in managi
