As a Client Advisor , you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering a unique and memorable customer experience that reflects the values and identity of Dr. Vranjes.
You will guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections and ensure an exceptional level of service.

What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Sales
- Welcome customers with elegance, representing the Brand
- Guide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertise
- Ensure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationships
- Proactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.
- Provide personalized recommendations and sensory experiences
- Enhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience
- Handle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standards
Sales Performance & Business Development
- Achi
