Job Overview
This role sits at the intersection of software development, quality, customer experience, and supplier manageme nt, driving quality excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Quality Throughout Development
- Define and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phases
- Proactively detect, escalate, and resolve quality risks to protect project milestones and customer satisfaction
- Support engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launch
Represent the Voice of the Customer
- Bring customer expectations and quality requirements into project decision-making
- Assess risks and mitigation plans through SOP and warranty phases
