The Export Manager Germany is responsible for leading commercial development and driving sustainable growth across the German market within the Food Manufacturers (FM) segment.
Based in Italy and reporting to the Group headquarters in Gallarate,
the role combines strategic account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
A strong presence in the market is essential; therefore, the position requires frequent travel throughout Germany to support key customers, develop new business opportunities, and reinforce long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the German market in the FM segment
- Manage and grow the assigned customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Develop account plans, monitor sales performance, and manage forecasts and budgets
- Collaborate with R&D;, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions and support innovation projects
