and contract structures to simplify daily client operations. Collaborate directly with specialized technical departments at our German headquarters on complex software cases. Requirements Practical experience in customer service, software support, or technical client care (open to both entry-level talent and experienced support professionals). Fluent Italian skills for client communication, strong English for international teamwork, and basic German skills for internal collaboration with headquarters.
