Job description:
The role as a Maintenance Electrician at Midsummer is broad and varied. Your main responsibility is to keep electrical installations, equipment and machinery safe and functional, by performing maintenance and repair.

The daily work involves:
- Perform construction, repair, and maintenance of low-voltage electrical installations.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and independently perform basic electrical measurements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of industrial machinery
- Maintain production lines
- Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:




- High school diploma with an electrician specialization. A post-secondary qualification from an Istituto Tecnico Superiore (ITS) is considered a strong asset
- Valid certification or license as an electrician
- Understanding electrical diagrams and independently perform basic electrical measurements
- Knowledge and proven experience in the construction, repair, and maintenance of low-voltage electrical installations
- Knowledge and proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
- Knowledge and proven experience in maintaining production lines
- A fluent level of English (Minimum B2 level)
- Understanding of health, safety, and electrical regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach
- Works effectively both independently and in team settings
- Good communication skills
- Adapt easily to a dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Likes to work in an international enviro
