The security coordintor is an embedded opportunity with one of our global tech clients. The Security Coordinator will work with the client’s corporate security team providing security services to protect its staff and offices, including but not limited to guard force operations, physical security, corporate security policies, programs, and training. The corporate security team consists of operations and global specialist support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Ensure that the corporate security programme is being delivered in South EMEA,
to ensure the safety and physical security of client offices (Milan, Madrid and Paris) and their serviced office in Barcelona are operating to the agreed standard.
- Ensure the access control system is operating to the client’s global standards.
- Conduct office security audits, propose remediations and update any Standard Operating Procedures.
- Promote a security-conscious culture and provide safety and security education and training to staff.
- Assist the Business Protection Manager with vendor management of security officers.
- Drive the work and performance of local security officer team leaders and the fleet of security officers with the provider based on service level agreement and key performance indicators.
- Support security operations for onsite and offsite events, activations, and productions where applicable.
- Review context and scope of security plans proposed by client stakeholders when hosting events at external venues.
- Work an
