Team Testing Services is looking for a Lead Consultant to join the SimCorp office in Italy (Milano/Pistoia/Trieste).
The Lead Testing Consultant, a cting as an individual contributor within the team,
provides strategic leadership and takes ownership of the analysis and clarification of complex business and functional requirements and ensures early identification of risks, dependencies, and quality impacts.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Leading strategic analysis of highly complex business, functional, and technical requirements, shaping testing direction across large, high‑risk, or multi‑stream initiatives
- Acting as a senior trusted advisor to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal leadership, influencing decisions related to quality, risk management, delivery models, and testing investment
- Defining, governing, and continuously evolving testing strategies and quality frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational standards, client expectations, and long‑term service maturity
- Synthesizing test outcomes, quality risks, and systemic issues across initiatives, translating
