Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to various services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement.




- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation package support.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
