The Role Mechanical Site Supervisor
As Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of a defined mechanical workfront on a major data centre project in Milan. You will lead mechanical installation teams on site, ensuring all HVAC, pipework and mechanical systems are installed safely, on programme and to specification.
This is a key leadership role on a live data centre construction project where coordination, quality control and daily progress management are critical to overall project delivery. Your decisions on site will directly impact programme milestones, commissioning readiness and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise mechanical installation works including pipework, HVAC systems, plantrooms and associated services
- Ensure all mechanical activities are delivered in line with health and safety regulations and project specific safety standards
- Plan and coordinate daily workfront activities to maintain programme and productivity targets
- Manage direct labour and mechanical subcontractors to ensure efficient installation and quality workmanship
- Coordinate with electrical, civil and other trades to avoid clashes and maintain site momentum
