Programming from scratch, maintenance and update of existing PLC software and HMI application, mainly based on Siemens platforms (TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7)
Continuous development and improvement of Kanadevia Inova software and hardware solutions in cooperation with the R&D; and Service department
Configuration of Networking devices (Managed switches, routers,
DMZ routers, firewalls)
Factory Acceptance Testing and commissioning of KVI PLC systems both on site and remote
8+ years’ experience with Siemens PLC systems (TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC)
~ Master or Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
~ Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and P&ID;
~ Fluency in English and Italian, German and French are advantageous
