Role And Responsibilities
Il Process Engineer riportando al Manager di riferimento svolgerà le seguenti attività principali:
- Progettare, sviluppare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi in ottica di efficienza, qualità e costi;
- Guidare attività di industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti e processi, dalla fase di definizione fino al ramp-up produttivo;
- Analizzare e migliorare le performance delle linee esistenti (OEE, scarti, produttività, lead time);
- Identificare possibilità di revamping di linee produttive (layout, automazione, bilanciamento, tecnologie);
- Supportare audit interni/esterni garantendo compliance tecnica e normativa;
- Definire standard di processo, istruzioni operative e best practice.
Industrializzazione & investimenti
- Gestire progetti di installazione di nuove linee produttive;
- Coordinare attività di revamping/upgrade linee esistentI;
- Collaborare alla definizione di capex industriali e business case; Garantire tempi, costi e performance dei progetti.
