As an Associate in our Global Markets – Finance Regulatory practice, you will work on equity capital markets transactions and regulatory matters for issuers, shareholders, and financial institutions. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and offices on complex, cross-border matters, guiding listed companies through ongoing governance and regulatory requirements. This role offers high-profile work, mentorship of junior lawyers, and a global platform to advance your career. You’ll help shape capital markets strategies in a fast-paced environment.

- Advising on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, secondary offerings, rights issues,
capital increases)
- Assisting listed companies with ongoing corporate and regulatory matters
- Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary, cross-border matters
- Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate
- Degree in Law with excellent academic record
- Minimum 3 years PQE in equity capital markets, listed companies regulation and related corporate matters
- Experience at a leading Italian or international law firm
