Leica Biosystems Italy is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to connect the Global Customer Care Centre of Excellence with the local market. You’ll own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalated requests, and ensure interactions meet global standards and local needs, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to remove barriers and improve end-to-end experience.
