Title And Summary Segment Integration & Insights Manager The selected candidate will be part of the team driving cross-functional strategic initiatives across the four core CNPF business lines (Small Business, Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, Vertical Solutions). Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning
- Support strategic planning and monitoring for the business unit
- Oversee performance through regular operational reviews and dashboards
- Proactively identify risks and support recovery plans for off-track initiatives.
Operations & Execution
- Work on cross-functional projects,
ensuring timely delivery of strategic priorities.
- Apply structured project management methodologies to plan, track, and execute key initiatives.
Communication & Alignment
- Promote best practices and enable knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure clear, efficient information flow and decision-making processes.
- Drive alignment through consistent leadership messaging and strategic communications.
Experience QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Experience in operations, management consulting, or senior leadership roles, with strong financial acumen.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Strong strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without authority.
