Mercor invites an AI Safety Red Teamer to join a remote contract engagement. You will design adversarial prompts, identify jailbreaks and safety failures, and evaluate model robustness across sensitive domains.
You will collaborate with AI researchers to improve alignment, safety, and documentation for benchmarks and reports. Applicants should have 5+ years in AI safety or red teaming and strong analytical and written communication skills. A degree in CS or related fields is expected.
