Your role We are looking for an Organizational Development Intern who will facilitate seamless organizational change and development through various phases, including analysis, proposal design, decision making support, and implementation tracking. Essential expected results encompass improved organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and successful integration projects. Challenges include managing resistance to change and aligning with diverse stakeholders. Key success factors involve close collaboration with Business/ Function and HR teams, effective communication, meticulous project management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
