Ferrero is seeking an R&D; Packaging Process Manager to lead the development of new packaging and production processes from concept to industrialization. You will support engineers, manage trials in Ferrero factories, and drive innovations in packaging materials and technologies while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
The role requires a Master's in Mechanical, Electronic, or Materials Engineering, strong leadership, fluent English and Italian, and willingness to travel
