Main Responsibilities

Lead and support two experienced team members based in Trezzano

Oversee monthly close activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledgers, sub-ledgers,



and related accounts

Ensure compliance with Trane Technologies’ Standards of Internal Control, FICAP requirements, and reporting timetables

Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal control standards

Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit files

Manage statutory audits and ensure timely completion of all required statutory filings

Support the tax function and liaise with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filing of local tax returns

Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirements

Prepare quarterly US GAAP tax provisions using OneSource for relevant legal entities

Lead and participate in MDI initiatives, including AI projects, automation, reporting improvement, and productivity actions

Identify, address, and resolve compliance issues within the area of responsibility

Monitor and use performance metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement

Build effective working relationships with business unit teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Internal interactions: RTR Finance Shared Services Team, Bangalore Senior Finance Leaders for both the RtR functio
