ModSquad seeks a friendly, customer-focused support agent to assist customers of a cosmetic dental brand. You will provide inbound/outbound phone, ticket, and chat support, creating a warm first impression and guiding customers through setup and usage.
This remote role requires strong English (C1–C2), empathy, and the ability to document interactions clearly. A minimum of 20 hours per week with a predictable schedule is expected.
