As we look to the future, we are seeking an Area Business Developer – TCL Solar based in Italy

The Area Business Developer – TCL Solar – will be responsible for managing and expanding TCL Solar’s sales network in the assigned Italian region, working closely with installers, local business partners to identify and develop new business opportunities supporting the distribution partners of the brand.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, is capable of forming new and developing existing relationships with our partner base and has the vision and experience to manage a closely knit dealer network.
To succeed in this role, you must combine leadership abilities with detail-oriented execution skills and business savvy.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand TCL Solar’s local sales network in the assigned Italian region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with installers, distributors and local business partners.
- Identify, develop and follow up new business opportunities for TCL Solar and its distributors.
- Support distributors in promoting TCL Solar products and expanding their customer base.
- Work closely with installers to understand local market demand, project opportunities and product application needs.
