Le seguenti informazioni devono essere lette attentamente da tutti i candidati.Location: Italy (Remote)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience Level: Entry-level / Early CareerAbout the RoleHYXi is looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to support our growing business in Italy. This position is open to recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about renewable energy and want to develop their expertise in solar and energy storage technologies.You will provide technical support for HYXi's product portfolio, including microinverters, balcony energy storage systems, residential energy storage systems, and commercial & industrial energy storage solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote and on-site technical support to customers, installers, distributors, and sales teams in Italy.Support product installation, commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with HYXi's R&D and product teams in China to deliver effective solutions.Conduct product and technical training for customers and partners.Prepare and localize technical documents, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.Collect customer feedback and field information to support product improvement.Assist with technical demonstrations, exhibitions, customer visits,
and pilot projects.Maintain clear records of technical cases and follow up until issues are resolved.Travel within Italy when required.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.Recent graduates are welcome to apply; graduates from Politecnico di Milano or other relevant technical universities are particularly encouraged.Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese.Professional proficiency in Italian, with the ability to use Italian as a working language.Working proficiency in English is preferred.Basic understanding of photovoltaic systems, power electronics, batteries, inverters, or energy storage systems is an advantage.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Willingness to learn and develop in the solar and energy storage industry.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.Willingness to travel; a valid driving licenceis preferred.What We OfferA remote working arrangement based in Italy.Structured product and technical training.Exposure to advanced solar and energy storage technologies.Opportunities to work with international customers and cross-functional teams.A clear development path within a rapidly growing global renewable energy company. xysqume Competitive compensation and benefits.
