In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of indirect goods and services that keep our operations running smoothly. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to regional sourcing initiatives across EMEA,



giving you exposure to an international environment and the chance to make a broader business impact. /ppIf you're looking for a dynamic procurement role where you can grow professionally, collaborate with diverse teams, and influence strategic sourcing decisions, we'd love to hear from you. /ppThis is temporary and part-time (0.75) role, 1 year contract. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure a reliable, compliant, and cost-effective supply of indirect goods and services for our Romano d’Ezzelino production site. /liliDevelop and execute sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management. /liliDrive cost optimization initiatives and contribute to achieving regional savings targets through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements. /liliBuild strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, SHE, Maintenance, and Site Leadership teams. /liliManage supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /liliConduct market and supplier analyses to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen sourcing decisions. /liliSupport the implementation of regional procurement strategies and best practices across assigned categories. /liliTrack procurement performance, savings initiatives,



and supplier KPIs to deliver measurable business value. /li /ulh3Required skills and experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. /lili2-3 years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing within an industrial or manufacturing environment. /liliExperience sourcing indirect goods and services is highly desirable. /liliStrong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. /liliAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. /liliCommercial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills. /liliFluency in both Italian and English. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage. /li /ulh3We offer /h3pPlease be informed that allnex conducts background checks as part of our hiring process.
