Despite being a large organization, they maintain a culture of collaboration and mutual support. /ppstrongOfferta /strong /pulliOversee, direct, and manage all aspects of financial planning and budget management in the company. /liliAssist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans. /liliTrain the Finance Department and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters. /liliWork with the CEO and HQ on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships. /liliBuild budget and business plans as needed with Operations and organize their follow-up. /liliPrepare the yearly budget and forecast for the entity in liaison with all the company's departments and in close liaison with Corporate finance headquarters. /liliAnalyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements. /liliOversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.



/liliPrepare and assist the tax advisor with tax returns, VAT, WHT, deferred tax corporate tax and any other taxes. /liliCoordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors. /liliUpdate and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual. /li /ulpstrongCompetenze ed esperienza /strong /pulliA degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field. /liliProven experience in financial management and accounting. /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail. /liliSuperior leadership skills and experience in team management. /liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. /liliKnowledge of the FMCG industry would be a valuable asset. /li /ulpstrongCompleta l'offerta /strong /pullicompetitive salary package ranging from 60.000 to €70.000 depending on qualifications and experience. /liliAn attractive premio scheme. /liliA supportive and friendly work environment in a large organization. /liliOpportunities for professional development and growth. /liliA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
