Your responsibilities will include:Reservations Manager of individual, travel agencies, corporate guestsEntering and checking individual,
travel agencies and corporate reservations in compliance with the Group’s procedures (booking entry, rates, credit cards, client requests, room allocations),Proactively manage reservation requests via email/phone by sending proposals and stay confirmations, while ensuring corrects rates information.Monitoring the volume of indirect bookings by identifying corporate and leisure guests, while encouraging direct reservations.Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, including modifications to booking dates, room types, or special accommodations, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.Promote hotel services, amenities, and packages to guests during the reservation process, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue for the hotel.Reporting and Administrative follow-upTracking payments and commissions related to group and agencies bookingsEnsure that all requests received by email throughout the day are addressed and maintain a daily follow-up on requests, prioritizing those that require immediate attentionCorporate account management & development / follow-up & loyalty / contract preparationManaging corporate accounts during trade fairs, peak season,
