Marketing. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of market insight, technology, and commercial execution.

ResponsabilitàResponsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for LED modules across commercial & industrial applicationsTranslate market, customer, and application needs into competitive product specifications Drive the Full Product Lifecycle: Concept, Development, Launch, Scaling, Phaseout Lead portfolio and customization strategies to balance speed, reuse, and profitability Act as application and market expert for OEMs, luminaire manufacturers, and system integrators Support go‐to‐market activities: positioning, value propositions,

sales enablement Collaborate globally across regions and functions to ensure successful launchesProfiloRequirements 5+ years in Product Management / Product Marketing within professional lighting or LED components business Proven experience with LED modules and electronic boards, ideally in B2B commercial &

industrial lighting Solid understanding of LED technologies, optical/thermal/electrical constraints, and certifications

(e.g. ENEC, UL, Zhaga, DALI ecosystem) Strong market and application knowledge (offices, retail, industrial, logistics, public buildings) Strategic mindset with hands‐on execution ability Confident communicator, comfortable in a global matrix organization Education & Languages degree in Engineering or equivalent (MBA is a plus) Fluent English required; additional languages are a plusSalary Package: CCNL: Vetro,
