ppJoin to apply for the bProject Manager /b role at bGleeds /b. /p h3Overview /h3 pYou will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives /li liPositively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships /li liDelivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements. /li liAdministering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager. /li liProducing and presenting to customers. /li liPreparing bids for services. /li liManaging service delivery for profit. /li liAdvising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance. /li liRemaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liOpportunities to develop and grow your career /li liEmployee Assistance Programme /li /ul h3Experience,
