Cultural Festival Host / Entertainment & Guest Experience CrewLuxury Cruise Environment | Mediterranean Season ContractContract Dates: April 26 – October 23Salary: USD $2,500 per monthWe are seeking an outgoing Festival Hosts to join a brand-new cultural entertainment venue onboard a premium luxury cruise environment launching for the Mediterranean season.This role is ideal for high-energy, people-focused entertainers with experience similar to:Hotel or resort animation teamsCruise activity hostsCultural facilitators or event hostsPerformers who enjoy guest interaction as much as stage workHosts will be central to creating an immersive, festival-style atmosphere that celebrates Mediterranean culture through performance, creativity, and social connection.Key ResponsibilitiesFestival Hosts are expected to actively lead, perform, and engage across a wide range of experiences, including:Hosting and facilitating arts & crafts stalls inspired by daily cultural themesLeading dance-based activities,
including line dancing and simple group choreographyPerforming in intimate stage shows, pop-up performances, or hosted momentsRunning interactive trivia and cultural games connected to each festival themeSupporting podcast-style hosting, live conversations, or storytelling sessionsProactively engaging guests one-on-one and in small groupsMaintaining high energy, warmth, and approachability throughout the daySupporting safety drills and operational duties as required onboardIdeal Candidate ProfileThrive in guest-facing, social environmentsAre confident dancing, speaking, and facilitating activitiesHave strong improvisation and crowd engagement skillsCan balance performance with genuine guest connectionAre culturally curious and enthusiastic ambassadors of their regionFluent in English and Italian
