Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroManpower is recruiting for an important company operating in the utility energy management sector, based in Rome, a Credit Risk Analyst to be hired under an apprenticeship contract. You will report to Credit Risk Manager and, in coordination with the Expertise Center Risks, manage credit risk related to Energy Management clients in all perimeter of activities.ResponsibilitiesCarry out credit risk assessments of EM's existing and prospective clients in order to define their creditworthiness through the analysis of financials, business and market strengthsDefinition and management of credit limits with a daily monitoring of position taken by Front OfficeElaborate cash-flow analysis and forecasts to properly address management decisionsNegotiate master and collateral agreements liaising with Front Office and Legal DepartmentRecommend appropriate credit measures to mitigate the credit risk providing a proactive support for the definition of contractual clausesParticipate to the company's transversal projectsManage the relationship between business and risk to ensure that the correct balance between commercial objectives and risk protection is maintainedCommunicate and provide management with reports related to the credit risk exposure on a timely basisAbout YouEducation level:
Master's degree in Economics/FinanceFluency in Italian and in English with good writing and communication skillsAt least 1/2 years of experience in a credit risk position in energy or banking contextsDemonstrable track record in corporate risk analysis showing analytical, critical and creative thinkingOffice package advanced skills being also familiar with machine learning toolsDemonstrable ability and willingness to identify and implement improvements to policies and/or processesThe ability to work flexibly, manage tight deadlines, juggle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressureEffective team player with good interpersonal/communication skillsAttitude for long-term professional and trustworthy relationship with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to give constructive feedbacks as well as to be receptive to feedbacks from colleaguesOfferFull-time position, Monday to FridaySalary range €34,000-€37,000 gross annual (RAL), Electric Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL Elettrico)Hybrid working with 2 days of lavoro da remoto per weekWelfare benefitsTicket restaurantLocation: RomeAnnuncio valido fino a: 29-Sep-2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
