The M&A; & Corporate Development Specialist will support strategic growth initiatives through the execution of M&A; transactions, financial analysis, valuation activities, and corporate development projects. The role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact investment and business expansion initiatives within a leading Financial Services organization.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analysis across the Financial Services sector.
- Perform financial analysis, company valuations, and advanced financial modelling to support investment and corporate development initiatives.
- Support the full M&A; lifecycle, including target assessment, due diligence coordination, transaction execution, and legal documentation management.
- Prepare investment presentations, management reports, and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corporate development projects, post-deal integration activities, and synergy tracking.
Requisiti:
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and has gained at least 5 years of experience within Investment Banking, M&A; Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Corporate Development environments.He/she demonstrates strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, and deal execution,
with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles and M&A; processes. Hands-on experience in developing complex financial models, conducting financial analyses, and supporting strategic transactions is essential.The successful candidate combines excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence in working with senior stakeholders are key requirements for the role.Fluency in both Italian and English is required, alongside advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Key Requirements:Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines;5+ years of experience in M&A;, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory;Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities;Proven exposure to M&A; transactions and due diligence processes;Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities;Fluent Italian and English.Preferred Background:Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, Specialty Finance, or related sectors;Exposure to cross-border transactions and complex deal environments;Previous experience in strategic consulting or corporate development functions.
