Join our team For Swegon Operations we are looking for aProduct Support Specialist . This position, based in theBusiness Development Department , will support Head of Strategic Product Management , working closely with Product Management Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, monitoring, and updating the selection software, ensuring that it effectively supports commercial processes. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and supporting documentation for the sales network and the Product Management team.
In particular, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Provide support to the sales team in the use of the selection software, including training and day-to-day operational assistance;
- Monitor and resolve errors or issues related to unit configuration, including technical data and sales p
