Purpose of the position: As Project Management Engineer you will respond to the Head of Onshore Project Management department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

- Coordinates the preparation of reporting for specific activities of the project execution as defined, case by case, by the PM
- Assists the Project Manager during project planning, e.g. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plans
- Assists in the allocation resources and in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP)
- Prepares the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Project External Interfaces
- Prepares the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, manages the Project Vendor Assistance on site
- Prepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Vendors and – during the guarantee period - ensure the fulfilment of the guarantee requirements by Vendor.
- Supports the continuous monitoring of specific critical supplies contributing to the achievement of expect
