This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants. /pp bWhat You’ll Do: /b /pulliSupport lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes /liliParticipate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)
/liliAnalyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow /liliSupport implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment /liliLearn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement /li /ulp bYour Profile: /b /pulliRequired: /liliItalian and English speaker /liliOpen to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately /liliConfident communicator with the ability to integrate easily in different working environments /liliProficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams) /liliBasic knowledge of Lean tools /liliDesirables: /liliLean certifications /liliExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality /li /ulpbr/ppJoin us and be a bchange agent /b in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec! /ppbr/ppRAL: € /p
