Eurostars Hotel Company was launched in 2005 and over the last years it has grown rapidly, currently it has more than 300 establishments around the world. Eurostars Hotels is geared towards of offering guests a travel experience that goes beyond just enjoying a comfortable room.
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with a background in hotel sales in Italy, and a client-focused mindset.
This role will be responsible for the commercial coordination and support of a portfolio of 12 existing hotels, as well as any future Eurostars hotels added within the Italian market. The primary focus will be on Corporate accounts, with active support to the MICE segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Corporate clients, agencies, and key accounts, while supporting MICE sales opportunities.
- Coordinate commercial activity across the current 12-hotel portfolio and future hotels entering the Italian market.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, telemarketing, and Corporate and MICE sales strategies.
- Conduct sales calls,
client meetings, and hotel tours, presenting accommodation, meeting, and event facilities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and other industry events.
- Monitor account activity and sales KPIs, maintain CRM records, and prepare commercial reports.
- Manage client requests and support the resolution of commercial issues through clear and professional communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in hotel sales.
- Proven experience working with Corporate clients and supporting MICE business.
- Fluent Italian and English are required, other languages are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately two weeks per month.
- Availability to travel internationally when required.
