Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Workplace AI Enablement & Collaboration Engineer to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation services.
You will partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, lead discovery and solution design workshops, and deliver secure and scalable workplace solutions. The role combines workplace AI enablement with hands-on engineering, governance and continuous improvement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This is a strategic role for someone who wants to shape how AI, Copilot, automation and collaboration technologies are adopted across Arrow. You will work at the intersection of business needs, user enablement and Microsoft 365 engineering, turning early ideas into secure, scalable and practical solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and prioritize high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases that address real business needs.
Lead discovery and solution design workshops, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
Design and develop proofs of concept, rapid prototypes and reusable reference solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, enablement materials, and automation patterns.
Drive technology adoption through training, coaching, communications, and change initiatives.
Monitor adoption, usage, and value signals to recommend improvements and demonstrate business impact.
Provide hands-on engineering, administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and service optimization for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
Recommend and apply governance guardrails, usage guidelines, and lifecycle practices to support secure, compliant, and scalable adoption.
