Italian-Speaking Customer Support & Content Moderator in PortugalLocation: Porto or Lisbon (on-site or remote based in Portugal)

URGENT HIRING WELCOME PREMIO: 2,000 euros (for Italian market, available until July 31st)About the RoleAre you fluent in Italian and ready to join a leading global customer experience team in Portugal? We’re hiring motivated professionals to work in Customer Support and Content Moderation roles across various international projects and platforms.
What You’ll DoCustomer Support:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Provide accurate product and service information

Content Moderation:




- Review and evaluate user-generated content
- Enforce compliance with platform policies
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
- Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety

What We’re Looking For
- Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
- English proficiency (minimum B2)
- EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work on-site in Porto
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed

- Visa holders (eligibility confirmed case by case)
