- Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands in the Piemonte region
- Build lasting partnerships and act as the primary point of contact for the regional restaurant network
- Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics
- Share data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions aligned with company goals
- Improve financial performance and the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP)
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty
- Manage and control the perimeter P&L;
- Identify financial risks and unlock new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate across marketing, operations, and product departments
- Work with global teams across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt
Requirements
- Significant experience in account management or sales, ideally within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors
- Strong understanding of P&L; management
- Proven ability to handle complex commercial negotiations
- Proven ability to create and maintain long-term strategic relationships with external stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools and project management applications
- Fluency in Italian
- Strong professional command of English
- Availability to use a personal car when needed
- Valid right to work in the job location may be required
