Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTIONOutside Service Providers Support Group DirectorLocation: Milan, Via Fantoli, Italy (On-site)The Outside Service Providers Support Group (OSPSG) Director is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and management of OSPs within a country. The role acts as the primary liaison between the company and external vendors,
ensuring that all contracted services are delivered according to agreed standards, timelines, and budgets.
This position manages the processes of operations including procurement vendor relations, contract administration, and guidance of future business opportunities.
The OSPSG Director manages others within the department.
What you will do:
Manage the OSP NegotiationsManage the Compensation Model ensuring timely design, updates, approvals and implementation.
Control OSP costs through weekly forecasts, monthly reporting, cost deviation analysis and accrual oversight.
Lead OSP Business Plan preparation, ensuring accurate volumes, cost development, and cost‐saving initiatives.
Oversee legal compliance, contract updates, monthly invoicing and internal OSP audits.
