Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at Palazzo Nainer Boutique Hotel in Rome. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and inquiries, and maintaining an efficient communication flow.



The role also involves ensuring a high level of customer service and acting as a point of contact for guest needs and concerns, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Front Office management and performing Receptionist Duties
- Excellent Customer Service abilities and a guest-first approach
- Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry (at least 2 years of experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
- Opera PMS knowledge in an advantage
