Principali responsabilità
For our Milan office, we are looking for a Director with experience in Investment Banking/M&A;, to be included in our Capital Advisors Team.
Attività:
- End-to-end management and coordination of real estate M&A; operations (acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings), from origination to closing, with direct responsibility for transaction structuring and negotiation with counterparties.
- Development and maintenance of commercial relationships with institutional investors, real estate funds, developers, family offices and credit institutions; support for generating new mandates and growing the client portfolio of the Capital
