Who We're Looking For
For our K-Way store in Milano, we are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants.
If you are passionate about fashion and customer service, have a proactive attitude,
and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsabilities
Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice
Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained
Replenish and organize product displays for maximum availability and appeal
Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try-ons
Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies
Foster a positive team environment through courtesy and collaboration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level;
Excellent knowledge of English (any other languages will be considered plus);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.
