Technical Leadership & Strategy
- Define the company's technical roadmap and manufacturing capabilities.
- Act as the highest technical authority for products, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Lead technical decision-making for complex production and customer issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of technical standards and manufacturing excellence. Product, Materials & Customer Applications
- Review customer applications and recommend appropriate sealing solutions.
- Define material selection (including material surface coating) and support compound development.
- Lead technical discussions with customers on new applications.
- Support RFQs by validating technical feasibility and manufacturing approach.
Manufacturing Technology & Industrialization
- Define the optimal manufacturing process (compression, transfer, injection molding, etc.) for new products.
- Lead the introduction of new production technologies, equipment and manufacturing methods (recommend best technol ogy, support in machine installation and setup).
- Develop process standards and ensure successful industrialization of new products.
- Ensure effective technology transfer from equipment suppliers and Group experts to the local organization.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or material engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years significant experience in Rubber envinronment
- Knowledge on rubber production
- Knowledge on sealing applications,
- Strong technical problem solving skills
- Project Management experience
- CAD/ Autocad experience
- Knowledge of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools)
- Relocate to work in Vietnam
