Identify new brands, products, suppliers and market opportunities. Build and develop a strategic vendor base through networking, trade fairs and market activity. Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver compelling customer value and profitable growth. Use customer, product, competitor and market insight to make buying decisions. Own sales planning, inventory, delivery planning and Open-to-Buy. Balance margin, stock, liquidity, risk and longer-term commercial opportunity. Make decisions at pace when information is incomplete, then adapt as market evidence changes. Influence stakeholders across Italy and international TJX teams.
