Leica Biosystems is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global Customer Care Centre of Excellence with the local Italian market, owning instrument order fulfillment and resolving escalated requests.
You will partner with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain and Finance to improve customer satisfaction, drive operational excellence, and support training and standardized processes across teams. Travel about 5% is required.
