Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Customer Care Operations Lead in Italy to ensure world-class order fulfillment and escalation management for our diagnostics portfolio. You will partner across Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver exceptional customer experiences while balancing global standards with local market needs.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and willingness to travel ~5% are required.
