The Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA
The Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA is responsible for designing, enabling,



and coordinating modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers across the EMEA region. This role does not directly deliver training but ensures that the right content, tools, trainers, and delivery models are in place to support capability development and business performance.
The position focuses on building scalable, data-driven learning solutions that strengthen technical and soft skills, improve service effectiveness, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer experience through continuous education and knowledge sharing.
This position is part of the EMEA Service Transformation Office and is a fully remote role within the EMEA region.
You will report to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA and work closely with Regional Service Leaders, Global Training Teams, Marketing, and external learning partners.
